FINALLY, AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO VIDEOTAPE A PRESENTATION
Anyone who has ever suffered through delivering or watching a PowerPoint presentation on videotape knows how difficult they can be. We’ve put together a kit that’s ideally suited for creating webinars and other presenter driven videos that makes giving presentation to a video camera much more palatable. We use a PC compatible teleprompter so the presenter can look directly at his or her slides while appearing to be looking right at the camera. This arrangement eliminates the discomfort many presenters find when they have to present directly into a lens. The system is much easier for the presenter, and the results look much more professional.
The teleprompter display can be configured to show the presenter’s slides or any other computer display, or to display a script like more traditional teleprompter applications. We can also capture the presenter’s mouse moves, slide advances within PowerPoint, even demonstrations of other applications. The setup is portable enough to work just about anywhere. There is no longer any need for the expense or inconvenience of using a studio to record a presentation. We can bring everything to you … or whatever location.
ANTI DWI CAMPAIGN TARGETING TEENS
We’re working with HPD and the city of Houston to create a campaign to help reduce teen DWI offenses. The campaign centers around a contest that invites Houston area teens to help put an end to this problem by coming up with their own ideas and making their own public service announcements about this tragic issue that touches so many lives. The project is partially funded by a grant, but we certainly need more supporters to give this campaign the impact it deserves. If you have any suggestions for how we might find additional sponsors we’d love to hear them.
